Admission Procedure

T N Memorial Public School offers a high-quality educational experience and a nurturing environment that foster sharp learning skills. At T.N.M.P.S we strive to make our admission process as simple as possible to ensure that prospective parents enjoy a stress-free experience.

General Conditions:

A student seeking admission to any class in a School will be eligible for admission to that class only if he:-

- Has been studying in a school recognized by or affiliated to this Board or any other recognized Board of Secondary Education in India.
- Has passed qualifying or equivalent qualifying examination making him eligible for admission to that class.
- Satisfies the requirements of age limits (minimum or maximum) as determined by the State / U.T. Government and applicable to the place where the School is located.

Registration:

- The parents are requested to visit the school admission office with the latest passport size photo of the child and the parent along with a self-attested Date of Birth Certificate.
- Duly filled registration form must be submitted before finalizing the admission procedure. Registration form is available at the school admission office with the registration fee of non-refundable Rs. 500/-.
- List of Documents Required at the time of admission:
- Evidence of having passed from the previous class (report card of the last class class studied).
- 4 Photographs of the student
- 2 Photographs of the parents
- Birth Certificate.
- Original TC from the previous school (For students seeking admission from class 2 onwards)
- Proof of residence.
- Original Certificates may be produced at the time of admission for verification.
- Photocopies of all achievement certificates in the field of academics, sports, extracurricular activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

Acceptance of admission:

- Students are admitted on a first come, first-serve basis depending on vacancies.
- We conduct no formal interview with the child or the parent.
- The school reserves the right to admission. In all matters pertaining to admission, the decision of the admission committee will be final.
